OBA LUXE Platform Agreement
1. Strict Age Requirement (18+)
OBA LUXE is exclusively for consenting adults aged 18 and older. Any profile discovered to belong to a minor will be banned immediately with records submitted to appropriate regulatory authorities.
2. Anti-Scam & Financial Solicitations Prohibition
Members are expressly forbidden from soliciting money, emergency funds, cryptocurrency, or recharge cards from other members. OBA LUXE operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud.
3. Premium Membership
Premium is an exclusive lifetime membership verified via manual bank payment (₦5,000 one-time fee). It is non-refundable once activated by platform administrators upon verification of bank statement narration.
